my {shop design} shopping list

There are a few things on my radar that I’d really like to get my hands on for the new flower shop. As soon as I have a free Saturday, I’m hitting up all my old favorite thrift haunts to see how many of these treasures I can check off my list.

1. Old window frames to share seasonal specials and promotions.

Out of all of those I love the graphic rugs the most. There are so many gorgeous rugs on the internet. Although in a shop where people are wearing shoes they might tread all over it and make it dirty. Which would be sad.
Also the butcher block table is cool!

The rug I linked to is from Urban Outfitters, and is only $44! I ordered a couple last night :) I’m trying to strategically place them under furniture and displays to minimize wear and tear from foot traffic.

Home Goods or TJ Maxx usually have big mirrors for a decent price. Some craft stores might have them, too. We bought an antique looking mirror for our fireplace from Hobby Lobby (a craft store in Texas) that fools everyone. I can’t wait to see photos of the finished store!
